You do indeed have spirit guides. You are already connected with them as they guided you to ask this question. Aren’t they smart?

All you ever need to do to realize that connection is to sit quietly. Relax your body. Take a deep breath. Then say these words in your mind, “I desire to become AWARE of my spirit guides. I know they are with me now, closer than my breath and I am grateful and happy to receive their guidance now!”

Then sit in receptive silence. Do not try to force. Do not judge whether or not it is taking too long. Do not sit and think about what ‘should’ be happening. Do not worry it cannot happen. You have had their guidance your whole lifetime. Receptivity is innocence and trust. Let it be and realize that you don’t feel them in your head, but throughout your whole being.

The more you do this, the more you will understand how they feel around you. This is an intuitive process, so don’t try to ‘think’ your guides into existence. That is imagination. FEEL their presence and they will send you knowing that is a frequency faster than linear thought.

It is well within your ability to do this. In fact, it is more natural to have this connection than not to be aware of it. Words may come. Feelings may come. Thoughts may come. Guidance is not limited. It can take on many forms and some guides are very creative! They can give you guidance through nature, a word you suddenly hear or something the senses pick up that triggers a memory or emotion. They are all over the place and they are always communicating with you. So be open. Be receptive and trust.

What takes a bit of time, is trusting in the process. I promise you this. If you will be consistent and trust. Let go and act upon impulses that come from a light place, you will be right on track. Your guides are actually far more powerful than experiences in the world. We have just been trained to focus on a lower frequency or I should say, ‘world noise’.

I have heard of it. There are accounts of loved ones callling to tell loved ones that they love them after their time of death. I haven’t experience it or talked to anyone who has.
